Default Sunday's road ride.

Great ride on Sunday, Gary, Rich, Lee F. and Joe. My legs are feeling it today (Monday). The wind on the Back Road was brutal. On the way back to Gary's house ice was falling of the trees which made an intersting finish to the ride. On the way to eat we seen Apertome ripping by. ARBYS yyyyuuuuummmm.

Yea haven't been keeping up with this. However I have been logging my ride for the new year at

www.mycyclinglog.com

It is a pretty neat site where you can set goals and keep close track of your rides and fitness levels for training. It is FREE to create a basic account! Make one up and friend me! There is also a Cedar Bike Racing group if you want to join that.

Default March Madness

Great weekend of riding.

Friday did the p-town mountain loop with Stine. Trails were wet but not really muddy at all, except for the few powerline crossings. We had Lisa's homemade pizz afterwards!

Saturday Joseph, Mike, and I rode out the moon. Trails were very muddy. We had to walk in a bunch of spots to just preserve the trails and not ruin them too much. It should dry out quickly though, hopefully. In all we did a 4.8 mile loop avoiding some singletrack towards the end with the conditions.

Sunday Joseph, Leah, Lee, Chris, and I did a nice road ride. We were out for about 3 and a half hours and completed around 38.7 miles of riding. It was great to get out and enjoy the nice weather. Well until it started to rain. haha. Even that was kind of fun though. We looked like we completed a muddy mountain bike race by the end of the ride.

Hopefully the weather will stay somewhat calm for now and allow alot more nice riding days ahead!

Default St. Pats

Went out yesterday on St. Pats day and rode on P-town trails. Man was I sloppy. I fell twice, and kept bouncing all over the place and picking crappy lines. Don't know what was up . Probably the freaking Irish messing with me! Hopefully on Thursday I will ride like a pro for Polish day! Yea baby, now that is a holiday!

On a positive note, everything on the mountain is drying up nicely! Even the powerlines are now rideable without getting your tires caked up with 2 feet of mud! Hopefully this rain they are calling for is only a sprinkle so that everything stays as it is!

Great weekend of riding!

Friday-

The CDH in the rain was awesome! The singletrack wasn't muddy at all, then we hit the powerlines. The rocks were actually grippy. The mud was fun! On the ride we had Chris, Rich, Joseph, Mike (Jedi), Lisa, Leah, and I. It was awesome as was the Little Ceaser's Pizza afterwards!

Saturday-

Rich Joseph and I did a loop on P-town trails. We rode the new trail and also experimented with some new loops. We invented 8 ball which is a new way to ride crack! It will be debuted on Friday! The new trail is also decent. The first climb is a bit a**kicking but it is 100x better then that quad trail climb! Dave should appreciate the sharp switchbacks on his singlespeed!!

Sunday-

We were all at the workday at Slocum! Good times, a lot of stuff got done!!! Afterwards we rode a small loop at slocum with everyone.
Then Rich, Joseph, Leah, and I went out to the Moon for a ride. We got a nice loop in with the awesome weather! Great day for riding!
We stopped at the checkerboard also after the slocum ride. Good food!!

Everyone remember slocum rides start this week on Tuesday!!!
