Having decided my achy ribs weren't up to epic rocky climbing, but wanting an epic ride, I loaded up my guide (e.g. Garmin Edge 705) with the route and proceeded to attack the hills of the afore-named roadie route.
Thanks to Hubbard Bike for posting the route on their web site which made this possible. It took me about 10 hours, end-2-end, with only three brief stops (two for resupply of water/etc and one for "nature"). Total was just over 102 miles, with over 10k climbing, 50mph(+) on the downhill recorded at some points. My body woke me up early this morning to remind me how sore it was. Why the soreness you ask? Well, here's why....
